TACJE Constitutional Review Special Committee

Charges:

1. Review the existing Constitution and suggest any updates or changes as

needed

2. Specifically, explore the possibility of making the Secretary/Treasurer position

a 2-3 year term. Moving the money around from bank to bank every year

seems impractical.

3. Submit recommendations to the President for review prior to the ACJS annual

meeting in Seattle, March 2007. This will facilitate timely processing of

proposed amendments/changes which can then be voted on at the next

annual meeting.
