Biography:

A member of the criminal justice faculty since 1988 teaching a range of courses within the school. Primary teaching emphasis has been in law related topics. Research emphasis has been in constitutional issues relative to lower courts and the law enforcement function, as well as civil liability of criminal justice officials.
